Tube Filling Machine is the simple and sturdy machine for filling of cream, paste/pharmaceuticals/ cosmetic/foods paste in tubes. Filling, Sealing Crimping, Batch Coding and Tube ejecting is done in sequential operation on a rotary table. The machines are made in two versions- one of plastic/laminated tubes and other for aluminium tubes. Plastic laminated tubes are heat sealed whereas aluminium tubes are crimped.
In Automatic Laminated Tube Filling Machine, the tubes are filled by stainless steel syringe pump. Filling volume can be accurately set as required. Different type of syringes is recommended for the different range of filling volume. In Automatic Laminated Tube Filling Machine plastic/laminated tubes are sealed using the latest technology of hot air jet that eliminates direct contact of heated jaws with tubes, thus giving cleaner contact of heated and softened edges of the tube are then pressed by pneumatically operated jaws for sealing and batch code embossing.
